Why choose Counselling?
Counselling is a way of working through personal problems without the fear of being judged. Counsellors are not advice givers, they are individuals who are trained to listen to you, and offer you a safe space to talk about your worries and anxieties..
Counselling should be somewhere you are able to share your thoughts and feelings, and over time, develop a trusting relationship. Everything you say to the counsellor is confidential and private.
For counselling to be successful it requires both the individual and the counsellor to commit to the work.
